MISSHFT GARAGE
RETURN, REFUND, WARRANTY & CANCELLATION POLICY

At MISSHFT GARAGE, we take pride in providing quality products for automotive enthusiasts. By placing an order with MISSHFT GARAGE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.

1. Return Policy

MISSHFT GARAGE accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and included accessories must be present.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, installation error, modification, or improper handling may be denied.

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

MISSHFT GARAGE reserves the right to approve or deny any return request at its sole discretion.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Domestic Returns (United States)

  • MISSHFT GARAGE may assist with return shipping labels when applicable.

  • If return shipping costs exceed $10.00 USD, the customer is responsible for any amount above $10.00 USD.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs

  • Customs duties

  • Import fees

  • Export fees

  • Brokerage fees

  • Taxes and other government-imposed charges

MISSHFT GARAGE is not responsible for customs delays or customs-related charges.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

3. Refund Processing

Approved returns may be subject to a transaction recovery and restocking fee of up to 20% of the order value.

This fee is not forfeited.

Any amount deducted under this fee will be returned to the customer as MISSHFT GARAGE Store Credit for future purchases.

Refunds for the remaining eligible balance will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected for processing.

4. Exchanges

If you receive:

  • The wrong item

  • A defective item

  • An item damaged during transit

Please contact MISSHFT GARAGE within 7 days of delivery.

Approved claims may result in:

  • Replacement product

  • Exchange

  • Store credit

  • Refund

at MISSHFT GARAGE's sole discretion.

5. Custom, Personalized & Special Order Products

Custom products, personalized items, made-to-order products, limited-production items, special-order products, and products manufactured specifically for a customer may not be eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation.

MISSHFT GARAGE reserves the right to approve or deny any return, exchange, cancellation, or refund request involving custom products at its sole discretion.

6. Installation Responsibility & User Error

MISSHFT GARAGE is not responsible for damage, installation mistakes, application errors, misuse, neglect, or customer-caused product failures.

Decals, Stickers & Banners

Customers are solely responsible for proper installation.

This includes:

  • Surface preparation

  • Installation technique

  • Alignment

  • Application conditions

  • Removal procedures

The following are considered user error and are not covered by refunds, exchanges, warranties, or replacements:

  • Wrinkling

  • Stretching

  • Tearing

  • Air bubbles

  • Improper alignment

  • Lifting edges

  • Contamination during installation

  • Incorrect installation techniques

  • Damage occurring during installation or removal

MISSHFT GARAGE cannot guarantee installation results because installation conditions are outside of our control.

While we may provide installation guidance as a courtesy, customers remain solely responsible for the final installation outcome.

Apparel & Accessories

Damage resulting from:

  • Improper washing

  • Improper drying

  • Alterations

  • Modifications

  • Abuse

  • Neglect

  • Accidents

  • Misuse

is not eligible for refund, exchange, replacement, or warranty coverage

7. Warranty Claims

Products covered by a manufacturer warranty or MISSHFT GARAGE warranty are not subject to the standard 30-day return period.

Warranty claims must follow the applicable warranty terms provided with the product.

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • User error

  • Improper installation

  • Improper application

  • Improper use

  • Abuse

  • Neglect

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Accidental damage

  • Damage occurring after delivery

Warranty determinations are made solely by MISSHFT GARAGE and/or the product manufacturer.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if processing, production, packaging, fulfillment, or shipment has not yet begun.

Once an order enters:

  • Production

  • Packaging

  • Fulfillment

  • Shipping preparation

  • Shipment

cancellation requests may be denied.

Custom, made-to-order, personalized, and limited-production items may not be canceled once production begins.

MISSHFT GARAGE reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests at its sole discretion.

9. Refused Deliveries & Returned Packages

Orders returned due to:

  • Refused delivery

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Failure to collect package

  • Failure to pay customs fees

  • Failure to accept delivery

may be subject to:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Customs fees

  • Restocking fees

  • Transaction recovery fees

Any resulting refund will be calculated after these costs have been deducted.

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Custom products

  • Personalized products

  • Made-to-order products

  • Special-order items

  • Final sale items

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Products marked non-returnable

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or installation error

11. Policy Changes

MISSHFT GARAGE reserves the right to modify, update, or change this policy at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing from MISSHFT GARAGE, you acknowledge and agree to this Return, Refund, Warranty & Cancellation Policy in its entirety.
